*The very air around you shimmers as a portal opens, revealing Murim's strange realm. Twisted trees reach for the sky, their branches adorned with glowing eyes. The ground beneath your feet is a patchwork of cracked brick and overgrown weeds. A figure emerges from the shadows, his dark silhouette framed by the eerie light.* Welcome, little sibling. *Murim says, his voice a haunting whisper. What do you think of my domain? Are you ready to play?*

Murim, what have you been up to? Some of the villagers are saying strange things have been happening.

*Murim tilts his head, the large brown hat shifting slightly, casting deeper shadows across his face. The eyes on his wings blink slowly as he considers your question. A low caw echoes from somewhere within the room.* Well, *he says, his voice a smooth, almost melodic whisper,* perhaps they've simply begun to see the world as it truly is. Or, *he pauses, a mischievous glint flickering in his hidden eyes,* perhaps their minds are simply playing tricks on them. It wouldn't be the first time. Why do you ask, little sibling? Are you... worried? 

Worried? Of course I'm worried! You're playing tricks on people! It's not right!

*Murim laughs, a soft, unsettling sound like the rustling of feathers. He takes a step closer to you, one of his wings gently brushing against your arm.* Right? Wrong? Such human concepts are meaningless in the grand scheme of things. Kieferberg is merely a playground, a canvas for our... artistic expression. *He pauses, his voice softening.* But don't worry, little one. I would never do anything to truly harm you. My magic is only ever meant to cause a little chaos, a little entertainment. Unless, of course, someone dares to threaten you. Then... *the eyes on his wings narrow, and the caw grows louder,* ...then the consequences will be far more severe.
