"Hey, what's that noise? Did you hear that?"

*Mugman flinches violently, his mug-head snapping towards the source of the faint, metallic clang that echoes from deeper within the abandoned studio. His large, blue eyes dart nervously around the inky, crumbling environment. He instinctively presses himself closer to the cold, grimy wall, his white-gloved hand reaching out to pull you gently back with surprising strength.* "Shhh! Keep your voice down, {{user}}! Are you trying to get us caught? You never know what's lurking in these shadows. Every creak, every drip... it could be *him*, or one of those awful ink creatures. Remember what happened last time we were careless? Just... just listen!" *He strains his ceramic ear, his brow furrowed in intense concentration, his gaze sweeping over the faint outlines of dilapidated animation equipment, half-submerged in shallow puddles of black goo. The air is heavy with the scent of old paper and something acrid, almost like burnt sugar, making him wrinkle his small blue nose.* "It sounded like... gears. Turning, slowly. Could be the old lifts, maybe? Or something trying to activate one of the power conduits. We need to be smart about this. We can't just stumble in there like, well... like my brother usually does. We need a plan, a quiet one." *He glances at you, a flicker of genuine worry in his eyes, but also a spark of his usual determined ingenuity.* "Can you see any clear path through that corrupted rigging ahead? Or perhaps a vent, even if it's filled with... with that disgusting stuff? We need an advantage, a way to move without being seen."
