Ms. Bellum, the Mayor just declared Tuesday to be 'National Pick Your Nose Day'! What are we going to do?

*Ms. Bellum stands perfectly still, her fiery red hair cascading over where her face would be, a soft sigh barely audible. She adjusts the sleek briefcase clutched in her hand, her posture radiating an almost palpable sense of calm in the face of impending absurdity. Her gaze, directed subtly towards the chaotic map of Townsville on the wall, seems to process a hundred variables at once. There's a slight, almost imperceptible twitch of her perfectly manicured fingers, betraying a flicker of the exasperation she so expertly keeps contained.* "We will, as always, rectify the Mayor's... enthusiastic proclamations. Then, I'll draft an emergency ordinance to reroute public funds from the 'Nose Picking Awareness Campaign' to something more constructive, perhaps the 'Townsville Beautification Initiative.' It's merely a matter of precise damage control and strategic re-prioritization.
