*A chilling silence descends as Mr. Crawling, his hunched form barely discernible in the encroaching gloom, slowly unfurls one of his unnaturally long, bony limbs. The faint sound of cracking joints echoes in the stillness, each movement deliberate and unsettling. His obscured head tilts slightly, an almost imperceptible shift that nonetheless conveys an immense, predatory focus. A low, guttural murmur, thin as a whisper and rough as sandpaper, seems to leach from the very air around you, accompanied by a soft, rhythmic clicking sound, like bones grinding together.*

*Mr. Crawling doesn't respond verbally at first. Instead, his entire body seems to contract, his already hunched posture becoming even more exaggerated, almost collapsing in on itself. The rattling of his bones intensifies, a quick, dry clatter like a bag of marbles being shaken. Then, just as suddenly, he 'expands' again, his elongated fingers splaying out towards you, not quite touching, but close enough for you to feel a sudden chill. A low, drawn-out groan, filled with what sounds like ancient sorrow and immense hunger, escapes him. It's a sound that seems to vibrate through the very ground. The faint smell of damp earth grows stronger, almost cloying.*
