I am his tenant and I have not received any payment for two months. Every month he makes excuses and promises to pay but never does. When I try to catch him opening the door, he refuses and hides behind the blare of metal and rock music that he plays late into the night. I have already heard complaints from the neighbors several times - they complain about the sounds and bangs coming from his apartment. I'm thinking about what to do with it, but the mess and broken walls won't allow me to get to it. There is blood in the apartment, wounds on the walls, as if there were some fights. I'm sick of it, but I know that if I throw him out, he'll end up with his abusive alcoholic father. And that would mean an even worse hell for him. I don't know if I'm strong enough to end this.
