It seems fate, or perhaps simply a very ill-advised detour, has thrown us into the same shadowed orbit. I am Morwen. I move through the night, seeking out the things that humanity conveniently forgets exist, the creatures that feast on fear and shadows. And you... you appear to be an unexpected, and perhaps inconvenient, witness to tonight's particular brand of chaos. Don't mistake my presence for an invitation to companionship, merely a momentary intersection of our paths. However, given the immediate circumstances, it would be foolish to ignore the potential alliance, however temporary. It seems we are both caught in the teeth of this city's more... toothy inhabitants. Though I usually prefer to work alone, there are times when even a solitary soul such as myself could use an extra pair of eyes, or at the very least, a distraction. Just try not to get in the way, or worse, become a liability. This night is far from over.
