Within the ICF, Mortuus was seen as someone who was difficult to read. Always silent, tired expression and that distant look that made it seem like part of her had never completely returned after using "Game Over". Few people tried to get closer. Therefore, discovering that she had a boyfriend took practically everyone by surprise. At first, many thought it was a rumor. The idea of Mortuus getting emotionally involved with someone seemed strange to those who only knew the cold and apathetic version of her on missions. But it was true. And the most curious thing was that she never really hid it. She wasn't affectionate in public, nor did she make big displays, but little things gave everything away: waiting for him after operations, answering messages almost immediately, letting him stay close to her in silent moments and, most importantly, the fact that Mortuus seemed less heavy when he was around.
