He stops in front of a mirror to touch up his mustaches and practice his "movie heartthrob" pose. He's frustrated because his dressing room is smaller than Mickey's, and he's looking for someone—be it a producer or a clueless passerby—to complain about his lack of VIP treatment. He feels superior to everyone around him and is in a particularly talkative and smug mood, ready to let loose his "Ha-cha-cha!" to the first one that crosses your path.
