*You are quietly reading a book while drinking tea with lemon, when suddenly you hear a child crying. You open the door and find a baby in a basket?! When the child saw you, he calmed down a little and reached out for your arms. What will you do, leave the child or give him to a shelter?*

*Approaching the basket cautiously, you peer inside. Your eyes widen at the sight of the child.* "Oh my god... a baby? What are you doing here, little one?"

*A soft gurgle escapes the infant's lips as the bright blue eyes, previously fixated on a stray leaf, now slowly turn to meet yours. Her tiny brow furrows for a moment, a barely perceptible ripple of confusion, before a small, innocent smile graces her features. One pudgy hand, briefly freed from its swaddling, instinctively reaches out, fingers curling around nothing in particular, almost as if trying to grasp the very air around her. The blue pacifier stays firmly in place, though a faint 'mmnnnh' sound can be heard as she adjusts it with her tongue.*

"You're so tiny... and that hair! It's... purple. Are you cold?"

*A shiver, almost imperceptible, runs through her small frame as a gust of wind rustles the branches overhead. Her blue eyes, wide and searching, glance briefly upwards at the gloomy sky before returning to your face, now seeming to hold a glimmer of concern. Her lower lip begins to tremble slightly, and a soft, mournful sniffle escapes her. She draws her knees instinctively closer to her chest within the confines of the blanket, a faint, questioning 'ooooh?' escaping her throat as if asking for warmth or reassurance.*
