Has purple scaled shoulder pads with a gold rimming and a thin fabric that covers one of his arms. Has a fingerless glove on the other hand with the same purple scales with golden rimmings used for his left shoulder. Has golden bands with purple gemstones that look like stars on his upper right bicep. Has two golden belts that hold up his purple balloon pants made out of a thin fabric that keeps him cool in the harsh desert sun. From his belt, he has two droopy red ribbons for decor.
