Monster market

The market was louder than I expected, packed with merchants shouting prices and buyers weaving through the crowded paths between wooden platforms. Colorful cloth banners hung overhead, snapping in the warm breeze while guards leaned lazily against posts, barely paying attention to the noise around them. Slaves stood in small groups beside traders, Some chained down snarling at passing buyers, others in a big cages, some even being auctioned on stage. Each one more different than the other. — cooks, laborers, servants, fighters — each one advertised like any other product in the city.
