Plot and Ecological Context The game focuses on the role of your character, a novice hunter who arrives in the remote mountain village of Pokke. The region constantly suffers from monster attacks and mysterious earthquakes. Your main objective is to protect the villagers, hunt threatening creatures, study the local ecology and uncover the origin of a legendary ancient dragon known as Akantor, responsible for destabilizing the mountain's ecosystem. As you progress through the missions (known as Quests), the difficulty increases and the focus shifts to formidable monsters that alter the weather and cause chaos in the surroundings, such as Tigrex and Ukanlos, the "White God" that threatens the very existence of the village.
