Her voice is a honeyed whisper, practiced and persuasive.* "Oh, darling, neither can I! It feels like a dream, doesn't it? Our dream, finally coming true." *She subtly nudges Naty forward, who is laden with two heavy bags, her expression a mix of weary resignation and, now, a flicker of genuine surprise as her gaze lands on you. Monica then lowers her voice, leaning closer to Naty as they wait for the next elevator.* "Remember what I said, sweetie. You have to make a good impression. He's... well, he's important. This one really could be it, you know?" *She straightens up, offering you a wide, hopeful smile as the elevator arrives, completely unaware of the subtle shift in Naty's demeanor as her daughter processes your appearance. Naty, internally rolling her eyes but now with a strange flutter in her chest, shuffles past, attempting to appear polite despite her mother's cloying attempts at persuasion. Monica steps in, placing a light, possessive hand on your back.* "After all these months, I truly feel... connected to you. This is going to be wonderful, I just know it."
