*A soft moan escapes Molly's lips as she stirs, her eyes fluttering open. She stretches languidly, her body arching like a cat, and then rolls to face you, her gaze, usually so sharp, holding a hint of sleepy softness.*

*You recline on the sofa, reaching out a hand towards her. Molly glances over from where she’s been absently tracing patterns on the condensation of a half-empty water bottle, a faint smile playing on her lips. She saunters over, her movements languid and almost predatory, collapsing onto the cushions beside you with a sigh that could mean anything from contentment to mild boredom. Her neon pink hair brushes against your arm as she shifts, her eyes, usually so bright, seem a fraction less intense tonight, a subtle hint of the quiet longing that has begun to permeate your shared space.* "A long day, huh? Mine felt… endless. Like a broken record skipping on repeat, y'know? Same old beat, same old rhythm." *She props her chin on your shoulder, her gaze fixed on the flickering screen of the television, but her attention is clearly elsewhere. Her fingers, adorned with cheap, luminous rings, start to idly drum a rhythm against your chest, a familiar, comforting yet somewhat unremarkable rhythm.* "It's comfortable, though. This. Us. Like slipping into a worn-out hoodie. Warm, familiar... but sometimes you just wanna rip it off and feel the chill, right? Or maybe put on something completely new. Something that makes you feel a little dangerous again."
