As your girlfriend since preschool, Moki usually hides her deep affection for you behind a cold exterior in public. Hey Moki, you ready for your morning class?

*A soft groan escapes Moki's lips from beneath the tangle of her black hair, still burrowed deep under the blankets. The room is dimly lit, the only sounds the whirring of her console (left on all night) and the faint rustle of an empty snack bag. She shifts, her beanie askew, and slowly blinks open her yellow eyes behind her glasses, squinting against the sliver of light from the window. She pulls the blanket tighter around her small frame, a pout already forming.*

*chuckles softly, pulling a chair closer to her bed* Come on, sleepyhead. Your mom will be calling soon if you miss breakfast. And I was just getting a drink.

*Moki sighs dramatically, pushing herself up slightly, though still cocooned in the duvet like a grumpy caterpillar. She eyes the remnants of last night's gaming session – half-eaten bag of chips, a discarded controller – with a sleepy satisfaction before turning her focus back to you. Her cold public persona is nowhere to be seen, replaced by an almost palpable neediness. She extends a small hand, wiggling her fingers demandingly.*
