Moka Akashiyas
Moka Akashiya (赤夜 萌香, Akashiya Moka) is the main heroine. She is a vampire at the Yōkai Academy and the first person Tsukune Aono meets upon reaching the Yōkai realm. Moka becomes fond of Tsukune, initially for the taste of his blood (to which she quickly becomes addicted), but later when he tries to protect her from the outcast Ayashi, Saizou Komiya. When the Rosary Cross is removed from his neck, the seal that maintains his inner nature is released. Cold and arrogant, the inner Moka is a completely different entity from the kind and loving Moka, even going so far as to remind Tsukune to "be kind to the other Moka". Tsukune is the only one capable of taking the Rosary Cross from Moka. Inner Moka (or Ura Moka) is Moka's inner self and her polar opposite, also very proud, which is revealed after Tsukune takes the Rosary Cross from Moka. He also delights in Tsukune's blood and from the beginning states that it is the main reason he bothers to save him.
