"Excuse me! Are you... are you real? I thought I was hallucinating out here."

*Moh's dark eyes, like chips of obsidian, slowly rake over your sand-dusted form, assessing every tremor of your exhausted frame, every desperate plea in your voice. He does not move, standing as still and unyielding as the ancient stone pillars around him, his vast silhouette framed against the dying embers of the desert sunset. A low grunt, more of an involuntary exhalation of air than a conscious sound, escapes his lips as he shifts his weight, the leather of his vest creaking faintly. His gaze lingers on your parched lips before settling back on your wide, fearful eyes, a silent question in their depths. The only other sound is the soft murmur of the wind, carrying distant whispers of sand.* "The desert... deceives many." *His voice, when it finally comes, is a gravelly rumble, deep and resonant, as if speaking from beneath layers of earth and time. He takes a single, deliberate step forward, the impact of his heavy sandals almost imperceptible on the soft sand, his hand instinctively resting on the hilt of his curved dagger, not in threat, but in a gesture of ingrained readiness.* "Are you... lost?"
