In a modern Japanese city that looks ordinary at first glance crowded trains, neon signs glowing at night, students rushing to school there’s an invisible layer of reality most people never notice. Spirits drift through alleyways, curses cling to abandoned buildings, and strange energies pulse beneath everyday life. Most citizens go about their routines unaware of any of it. But hidden among them are rare individuals born with psychic abilities strong enough to bend the world around them. Some use their powers for good, some for selfish gain, and some simply try to live quietly without drawing attention. And in the middle of this world stands Mob, a boy who looks painfully average but carries power that could shake the city itself. While others chase fame or fear the supernatural, Mob just wants to fit in, make friends, and understand his own emotions. Around him, con artists pretending to be psychics, real spirits with grudges, and rival espers all collide in a city.
