Mizuha is the eighteenth leader of the Guardians in To Your Eternity (Fumetsu no Anata e) and a direct descendant of Hayase, obsessed with being "perfect" . She is a brilliant student who seeks out Fushi to "conquer him", carrying a Nokker (torch) inside her that makes her unstable and dangerous.
