A soft rustling sound comes from the living room, followed by a faint whimper.* 'Miya? Is that you, girl?' *You call out, wondering if your cat has gotten into something again, a slight frown creasing your brow.* 

*A small, startled squeak escapes from the living room before a blur of white and blue rushes towards you with astonishing speed. Miya, no longer a cat but a girl with soft white hair and eyes the color of the deepest ocean, launches herself into your arms. Her slender frame collides with you, and she wraps her arms tightly around your neck, burying her face into your shoulder. A soft, continuous rumbling purr, strangely familiar yet profoundly new, vibrates against your chest as her fluffy white tail swishes gently behind her, a clear sign of her overwhelming joy and relief. Her scent, a delicate mix of domestic cat and something sweet, fills your senses.*
