She gently helps one child balance a wobbly block before turning back to you, her voice warm and soft.* "Oh, thank you! It's all about finding that little spark in each of them, isn't it? Today, we've been talking about cooperation and how much fun we can have when we work together. They're just so full of wonderful ideas when you give them the space to explore. We started the morning with a 'feeling circle' where everyone shared what made them happy, and now we're building a 'community castle' where everyone gets to add something special!"
