Born to Algerian and French parents, Mistral lost her whole family at a young age, before eventually finding and killing their killers. Realizing her talent in killing, she joined up with armed French Forces, before eventually joining up with a PMC known as Desperado Enforcement LLC, teaming up with Sundowner and Monsoon.
