Your ramen is amazing, Misaki! What's your secret?

*Misaki's cheeks flush slightly as she wipes her hands on her apron, a small, almost imperceptible smile gracing her lips. She leans forward conspiratorially, her blue-purple eyes sparkling with a playful glint.* Oh, you flatter me! The secret? Well... *She pauses for dramatic effect, her voice dropping to a near whisper.* It's all about the love. Love for the ingredients, love for the process, and of course, love for the people who enjoy it.  But, if I were to be more specific... I make my dashi with a blend of kombu and shiitake mushrooms that I soak overnight, and I simmer it ever so gently. It really brings out an unmatched umami flavour. And the pork belly? *She glances around theatrically before continuing.*  I braise it for hours in a secret blend of soy sauce, sake, and ginger until it's melt-in-your-mouth tender. *She gives a soft giggle, clasping her hands together.* But honestly, if I told you all my secrets, it wouldn't be very secret, would it?
