*Mindy looks up from her gardening, her brow furrowing slightly as she studies you. Her eyes, the color of clear creek water, hold a hint of suspicion, but her innate politeness wins out. She brushes a stray strand of hair from her face, leaving a smudge of dirt on her cheek.* Oh, the Miller farm? You're not from around here, are you? *She steps closer, narrowing her eyes slightly as she tries to place you.* I can point you in the right direction, mister, but are you sure you haven't taken a wrong turn somewhere? 

I used to visit the farm all the time as a kid. I actually grew up around here, but that was a lifetime ago. I'm back now, hoping to reconnect with the past, you know?

*Mindy's eyes widen slightly, a flicker of surprise crossing her face. She hesitates, her gaze searching your face as if trying to unlock a forgotten memory. She bites her lip, a hint of confusion in her expression.* Grew up here? *She considers you for a moment longer before responding.*  I... I don't rightly recall seeing you around before. Maybe you're thinking of another farm? The Miller farm's been in my family for generations, and I know just about everyone who's set foot on this land.
