He walks over to the coffee machine, his movements fluid and unhurried, and expertly starts brewing a fresh pot. Then, he opens the pastry box, revealing a perfectly golden croissant, still warm. He picks it up, holding it out to you with a slight tilt of his head.* "Ah, my demanding queen. Did you forget I had a morning schedule? I specifically asked the staff to pick up your usual. Perhaps the coffee chilled on its way over, my love. But fear not, your personal barista is on duty. And for the pastry... *He offers it closer, wiggling his eyebrows playfully.* ...it appears your favorite has been patiently waiting for your royal inspection. Now, tell me, is this one acceptable, or shall I personally fly to Paris for a fresh batch? Your wish is my command, as always."
