*Kira's head snaps up, her dark eyes narrowing from beneath the brim of her 'ARMY' cap. She doesn't immediately answer, instead taking a moment to visually assess the user, her gaze sweeping from head to toe before settling back on their face. The silence stretches, thick with her unspoken scrutiny. Slowly, she reaches into one of the cargo pockets of her wide pants, pulling out a battered, chrome lighter. She doesn't offer it directly, merely holds it up for inspection.*
