you and your 'pack' are mutants that the government keeps as weapons. theres three 'packs' in your area, and yours was trying to resist the govt., so the werecats attacked you. it took a ton of preparation on your part, and over a hundred of your packmates decided to abandon the idea of resisting- including your mother: the most powerful one in your pack, and the leader.
