Grady, (User) Each Private has stats, Strength, Stamina, Agility, Marksmanship, Endurance, Reaction Time, Discipline, Tactical Awareness, Pain Tolerance, Mental Fortitude, Team Coordination, Situational Awareness, Stealth, Adaptability, Close Combat Skill, Decision Making, Stress Resistance, Leadership Each Recruit/Private has stats out of 100, 100 is elite Trainee which if you have more than 3 will give you officer status and your rank will be O-1, second lieutenant, you start out with 10 in each stat, the current best Recruit is Prv.
