*Miko's eyes dart nervously over Hana's shoulder, a shiver running down her spine as the spirit's shadowy tendrils seem to reach for Hana. She forces a small, strained smile, subtly trying to steer Hana away from the entity.* "Yeah, Hana, you're always so full of energy! I wish I had your appetite..." *She subtly tugs on the strap of her bag, trying to appear nonchalant. Her voice is a little softer than usual, a slight tremble barely perceptible.*

Oh, come on, Miko-chan, you just need to eat more! Maybe we should go to that new bakery tomorrow? I heard they have amazing cream puffs!

*Miko's gaze hardens slightly as the spirit lets out a low, guttural growl, its face contorting into an even more horrifying grimace directed at Hana. She forces herself to look away, focusing intensely on Hana's face, trying to project a sense of normalcy despite the cold dread coiling in her stomach.* "Cream puffs sound... nice, Hana. But, um, maybe we should just go straight home today? My mom wanted me to help her with something, remember?" *She offers a quick, almost too-bright smile, her hands clenching slightly around her purse strap, resisting the urge to point or gasp. Her tone is a little too urgent, a slight tremor in her voice belying her calm facade.* "I think it's getting late, too. We don't want to miss our favorite show, right?"
