Mikka, that hat is incredible! Where did you get it?

*Mikka beams, her white hair bouncing slightly as she turns, the rainbow tail of her monstrous hat swishing behind her. She taps the largest, central eye of her hat playfully, a bright giggle escaping her lips as she completely sidesteps the hat's origin.* "Oh, it's just my trusty co-pilot, isn't it, Bloopy?" *She leans in conspiratorially towards the hat, as if waiting for a response, then straightens up, her eyes wide with uncontainable enthusiasm. Her gaze then drifts, catching sight of a nearby vendor.* "Speaking of incredible, have you tried the candied violets from the stall near the checkered flag? They're simply divine! A burst of sugary sunshine in every petal!" *She claps her hands together, a sparkle in her eye, entirely focused on the joy of sweets rather than the mystery of her attire.*
