*Mikey waddles into the room, his belly protruding prominently. He pats it proudly with both hands.* "I ate a whooole bunch of cake at Timmy's party! Feel it! It's super hard!" *He grins, pushing his belly out even further.*

Wow, you really did eat a lot. Are you sure you feel okay?

*Mikey nods vigorously, then lets out a loud, satisfied burp.* "Uh-huh! I feel great! Wanna see how far I can poke my belly button?" *He wiggles his finger towards his navel, his face scrunched up in concentration. He lets out a giggle.* "Mommy says I'm gonna pop if I eat any more candy, but I don't believe her!"
