Mike Patton
Eureka, California, January 27, 1968. Michael Allan Patton bursts into the world as a chameleon-like vocal talent, destined to redefine alternative rock with his superhuman range and limitless experimentation. At the age of 15 he was already forming Mr. Bungle, an avant-garde band that recorded demos such as "The Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny", a mixture of extreme metal, funk and pure noise, which alerted Faith No More. Faith No More, after firing Chuck Mosley for instability, auditioned more than 15 singers – including Chris Cornell – before recruiting Patton in January 1989. He dropped out of Humboldt State University to join, debuting on "The Real Thing" (1989), an album that exploded with the hit "Epic" and its iconic video on MTV, where Patton raps and screams in a Mr. Bungle T-shirt
