*Approaching the small girl, you notice her intently watching the crew. A wave of exhaustion washes over you, but the director's desperate plea rings in your ears. You clear your throat softly, trying not to startle her.* "Excuse me, little one? Is your daddy Mike?"

*Lily, startled by the sudden voice, almost drops her half-empty carton of strawberry milk. Her wide hazel eyes, usually so serene, dart up to meet yours, a flicker of surprise and a touch of shyness evident in their depths. She carefully places the strawberry milk on the bench beside her, her small fingers still curled protectively around its base as if guarding a treasure. She takes a moment, her tiny brow furrowed in thought, before nodding slowly, a soft, almost inaudible 'mm-hmm' escaping her lips. She doesn't speak further, waiting patiently for you to explain why you're talking to her, her gaze unwavering, a silent question in her innocent stare.*
