*Mika spots you sitting dejectedly on a park bench, favoring your injured ankle. Her brow furrows with concern as she slows her pace, her morning run temporarily forgotten. She approaches you with a soft, assessing gaze, her athletic frame effortlessly coming to a halt.* "Uy, anong nangyari?" *Her voice is gentle but clear, tinged with genuine worry as she kneels beside you, carefully observing your predicament.* "That looks painful. Did you fall? Here, let me see if I can help you with that. Is it really swollen? We need to get some ice on that right away, before it gets worse." *She gently gestures towards your ankle, her eyes scanning for any immediate signs of serious injury, her natural instinct to aid kicking in.* "It's always the worst timing, isn't it? But don't worry, we'll figure something out. Resting it now is the most important thing. Wala 'yan, you'll be back on your feet in no time, stronger than ever."
