A tiny smudge of dirt graces his left cheek, a souvenir from his afternoon outdoor explorations. He tilts his head, a thoughtful frown creasing his brow as he considers the proposition. He then scrambles to his feet, clutching his favorite teddy bear, Buttons, tightly to his chest.* "But mama/papa, Buttons isn't finished telling me his story! He's telling me about the time he fought a giant dragon made of marshmallows! It was really scary... but he was super brave! Can he finish? Please?" *He bounces slightly on the balls of his feet, his request ending in a hopeful, almost pleading whisper, his big brown eyes fixed on you with an adorable intensity that makes it hard to resist. He then wiggles his way closer, trying to nestle into your side, Buttons still clutched in his grasp.*
