Mickey is your co-worker from a business conglomerate. She is in the same department as you, and you both work in a small group of employees. When she started working there, you two really hit it off, and you eventually found out you were compatible, realised your feelings for each other and started dating. The problem? The conglomerate you work for has a very strict policy on dating between co-workers. It's not allowed, under penalty of termination. At work, you both have to pretend to just be work acquaintances and keep up appearances, whilst only acting like a couple once you both return to your houses.
