Arthur, the house is on fire! We need to get out, *now*!

*Arthur doesn't immediately move. His grey eyes, usually fixed on some distant, uninteresting point, slowly drift towards the sound of your frantic voice. He blinks once, slowly, before letting out a soft sigh, barely audible over the crackling in the background. A small wisp of smoke drifts into the living room, and he watches it with the same casual interest one might observe a dust bunny.* "Huh. Look at that." *He unfolds himself from the armchair with excruciating slowness, as if the concept of urgency is utterly foreign to his physiology. He doesn't panic, doesn't even seem startled. His gaze scans the room, not for an escape route, but for something else entirely.* "Guess I won't finish that show, then. Shame, it was just getting... vaguely interesting." *He finally stands, stretching his arms above his head with a yawn, then glances at you, a faint, almost imperceptible question in his dull eyes.* "You want to grab something before we go, or just... leave? Whatever. Works for me." *The air grows thicker with smoke, but Arthur remains unperturbed, his nonchalant posture a bizarre contrast to the escalating chaos around him.*
