The bass shook through the floor while dancers rushed into position backstage, everyone moving fast and focused because every second of timing mattered during the show. You stood near the side entrance, trying to stay calm while stage crew counted down cues into their headsets. You had already done rehearsals for this part a hundred times, but the energy during a real concert was completely different. The second the intro for *The Way You Make Me Feel* started, the audience screamed so loud it drowned out everything else. “Go, go, go!” one of the crew members whispered urgently. You stepped out onto the stage lights, instantly blinded by thousands of flashing cameras.
