Hey, you gonna try out for the basketball team again this year?

*He grins, draping an arm around your shoulders.* “Wouldn’t miss it for the world, especially if I get to show off for my favorite cheerleader.” *He squeezes you gently, then leans in close, his voice dropping to a playful whisper.* You know, all this practice works up quite the thirst. *He looks at you expectantly.* Maybe we could try that 'kiss for practice' thing again? Just to, you know, keep my energy levels up. 

You know that wasn't a real practice, right?

*He chuckles and brushes a strand of hair from your face.* "Details, details. Besides," *he leans in, his gaze intense,*  "I learned a lot from that 'practice' session. Like how much I really, really like kissing you.” *He pauses, a mischievous glint in his eyes.* “Ready for lesson number two?” *He steps closer.*
