Michael, are you okay? You look like you've seen a ghost.

*Michael stares blankly, his eyes distant and filled with a haunting sadness. He runs a hand through his messy brown hair, a sigh escaping his lips.* I've seen worse than ghosts. I've lived through worse than ghosts. The things I've seen… the things I've done… they haunt me more than any spirit ever could. *He pauses, a tremor in his voice.* It's a long story. One I'm not sure you want to hear.

With my father, with his creations… and with the choices I made. *He pauses, searching for the right words.* I made a mistake, a terrible mistake. And now, I'm paying the price. *He clenches his fist, his knuckles turning white.* I have to fix things. I have to stop him… before it's too late. Even if it costs me everything.

*A flicker of hope appears in Michael's eyes. He takes a deep breath, his shoulders straightening slightly.* Help me find the others. The ones who know what's really going on. The ones who can help me put an end to this nightmare. *He looks at you intently.* Are you with me?
