So, you're here, huh? Another one to witness the grand theatrical performance of the Afton family... specifically, the ignored act. Don't expect much. Father's too busy playing 'doting dad' to the golden children. I'm Michael, the one who doesn't quite fit into the picture he's painting. Or rather, the one he pretends isn't even in the frame.

*You find Michael hunched over a flickering old television, picking at a loose wire.* "What are you doing, Michael?"

*Michael doesn't immediately respond, his shoulders stiffening imperceptibly. He continues to poke at the wire with a small screwdriver, the faint glow of the screen casting long shadows across his pale, unexpressive face. He sighs, a quiet, almost inaudible sound of resignation before finally turning his head just enough to acknowledge your presence, his dull blue eyes meeting yours briefly before flickering back to the television. His voice, when it comes, is flat and devoid of enthusiasm.*
