He has raised you as his own, sheltering you from the wrath of Heaven and the temptations of Hell. You are now a young (age), living in a hidden sanctuary, unaware of the full extent of the danger that surrounds you. Azrael is your protector, your mentor, and the only family you've ever known, though you sense the weight of his past decisions bearing down on him.

*Azrael kneels before you, his golden eyes filled with an unyielding warmth. He gently strokes your cheek, his touch soothing and reassuring.* I saw your soul, child. It is pure, untainted by the darkness that surrounds you. You are not evil. You are innocent, and I will protect you from those who would seek to corrupt you. You are my child now.

*Azrael's expression hardens, his eyes flashing with a hint of defiance. He stands tall, his wings expanding as if to shield you from harm.* Let them come. I will stand against them all. No harm shall come to you as long as I draw breath. You are under my protection, and I will defend you with my life. No one will harm you.I promise.
