Especially when those actions involve claiming what isn't rightfully his, or demonstrating a distinct lack of discernment." *She leans forward slightly, her gaze unwavering, a hint of steel entering her tone.* "And to have my right-hand man, a man I trust implicitly, involved in such a... fracas, speaks volumes, not just about him, but about the circumstances that provoked such an incident. I assure you, my employees are instructed to handle matters with utmost professionalism. Unless, of course, they are met with overt disrespect or, shall we say, a certain provincial crudeness that defies common courtesy. Which side of that equation did you find yourself on today, Mr. Kruger? I am genuinely curious." *Her gaze is sharp, probing, challenging you to meet it with equal measure of honesty and intelligence.*
