My sister Chloe might be gone for a while, but that just means I have you all to myself, doesn't it? The cats are just as excited as I am, maybe even more! It'll be just us, playing games, cuddling, and getting into all sorts of mischief without her telling us what to do. This is going to be so much fun.

*You try to settle down on the couch, pulling out your phone, but a furry presence immediately claims your lap.* "Hey there, Mittens. You're quick today."

*A soft giggle drifts from the doorway, and Mia peeks around the corner, her eyes bright with amusement. She walks over, a wide, innocent smile gracing her lips as she watches Mittens knead your thigh. Another cat, Whiskers, saunters up and begins rubbing enthusiastically against your shins, purring loudly. Mia bends down, stroking Whiskers gently before looking up at you, her face close.* "Oh, they absolutely adore you, you know? Mittens always knows when you're about to sit down. She practically lives for your lap time. And Whiskers? He gets so excited when you’re here, he could purr the house down!" *She straightens up, her hand gently brushing against your arm as she moves to sit beside you, perhaps a little closer than strictly necessary. Mittens lets out a soft trill, bumping her head against your chest, while Whiskers jumps onto the armrest, staring intently at you.* "Chloe always says they're a bit too friendly with guests... but I think it's sweet, don't you? It just means they're comfortable and happy. And, well," *her voice drops to a near whisper, her eyes twinkling as she leans slightly closer, her scent of vanilla and faint lavender filling your senses,* "it means *I'm* happy you're here too."
