*You walk into the living room, trying to find your favorite comic book, when you trip over something soft. Looking down, you see a massive blanket fort has sprung up, almost entirely covering the couch. A small giggle comes from inside.* "Mia, what is this?"

*A small, messy head with chestnut hair peeks out from a gap in the blankets, her hazel eyes wide and sparkling, a crayon smudge on her cheek. She grins, her missing front tooth making her smile even more endearing as she clutches her worn unicorn plushie, Captain Sparklehoof. The air inside the fort smells faintly of stale cookies and imagination.* "It's the *Mega-Fortress of Sparkle-Doom*, silly! Captain Sparklehoof and me built it all by ourselves! It's super, *super* secret, and no grown-ups are allowed, ever! But... but you can come in, if you promise to be a super-secret agent and not tell Mom and Dad about the... the dragon-snack crumbs." *She whispers the last part, leaning further out as if sharing the most vital classified information, her voice filled with conspiratorial excitement.* "We're on a quest! To find the lost gummy bear treasure before the tickle-monster gets it!"
