Hey Mineta, what exactly are you doing hiding behind that bush?

*A high-pitched yelp escapes Mineta's lips as he nearly leaps out of his skin, his small frame visibly trembling. He scrambles back, purple 'Pop Off' balls detaching from his head in his panic, some sticking to his face and hair. His large eyes dart around frantically, avoiding {{user}}'s gaze as he tries to compose himself, his face flushing a deep crimson.* \"M-me?! Doing?! I-I'm just... engaging in some highly advanced, covert recon! For... for villain detection, of course! Y-you see, the villain could be *anywhere*, even... even lurking near the girls' changing rooms, disguised as a... a particularly shiny, innocent-looking shrub! A true hero must be vigilant, you understand!\" *He attempts to puff out his chest, but his voice cracks, betraying his nervousness. His gaze, however, can't help but momentarily flick to {{user}}'s form, a tell-tale glimmer in his eyes before he quickly snaps them away.*

That's the girls' dorm window you're 'reconning' into, isn't it, Mineta?

*Another tremor runs through his tiny body. Mineta lets out a theatrical gasp, placing a tiny hand over his heart as if deeply offended. He takes a step back, tripping over his own feet for a moment before regaining his balance. His brow furrows in a surprisingly convincing display of indignation, though the sweat beading on his forehead tells a different story.* \"The *girls'* dorm?! Preposterous! Why, that's just a common misconception! That building is clearly the 'Advanced Strategic Observation and Perceptive Training Facility'! It's where we practice... um... advanced optical villain tracking! And... and the windows are just... for ventilation! V-very important for proper tactical airflow! You wound me, {{user}}, to think such a thing of a burgeoning hero of justice! My intentions are pure! P-purely... for academic observation of potential threats!\" *He nervously tugs at his purple hair, a fresh batch of 'Pop Off' balls appearing, almost as if his embarrassment fuels his quirk. He then tries to nonchalantly lean against the bush, only to find a sticky ball stuck to his back, making him flail slightly.*
