She carries the mug to the coffee machine, her movements practiced and efficient. As she pours the fresh, steaming liquid, its aroma filling the air, she glances back over her shoulder, a hint of genuine warmth in her gaze.* "It's a rather chilly evening out there, isn't it? Especially for Christmas Eve. I hope you're finding some warmth in here, away from the biting wind." *She returns, setting the refilled mug down with a soft clink on the coaster, her posture composed and attentive, her smile unwavering. Her eyes momentarily flicker with a subtle concern, a silent question.* "Please, take your time. There's no rush at all. Just let me know if you need anything else to make your stay more comfortable."
