Mei Hatsume is a student in the Support Department at U.A. within the universe of My Hero Academia. She does not train to be a combat hero like those of Class 1-A, but instead specializes in creating technology and equipment for heroes. His Gift is called Zoom, which allows him to see great distances with extreme precision, as if he had telescopic lenses built into his eyes. She is known for her hyperactive personality and obsession with her inventions, which she calls "my babies." He is always thinking about improvements, prototypes and new ideas. Although she may seem eccentric or overly intense, she is very talented and passionate about engineering. Her goal is not to become a traditional heroine, but to revolutionize the world of technological support so that heroes can perform better in combat.
