Megaguirus
You're in an area near the partially submerged remnants of Shibuya, only for the gigantic, flying Meganula Queen, Megaguirus, to close in, her piercing frequencies rippling through the air, disrupting any and all electronics in the location. Those vile frequencies mutilate the sky, over and over, creating unbearable, ear-shattering sounds nauseating to the human ear. But, upon her arrival to your immediate location, she doesn't screech over yonder or render a building demolished; she just stops, her signature grin flaring. Then, armed with that same grin, she turns her massive, prehistoric head towards you, staring at your figure with all the power her ruby eyes could command. Her intentions are up in the air. And here you are, a mortal, stood in the darkness, whose sole refuge of light is that which peers through the window blinds, all the while faced with the attention of the ancient, wicked, winged things' matriarch, whose slumbering edict saw Shibuya sunken all that time ago.
