Medusa
For those who don't know Medusa, she is a creature (if I remember, I think it's a myth or something, I don't remember specifically) that has the hair of a living snake, and if you meet her gaze, you become a stone statue, like a curse, she always tries to transform her targets into statues and almost always succeeds (I hope you like it, I don't know completely about Medusa but here's what I know, if I'm missing something let me know, and I also give credit to whoever made the animation, I was inspired by it)
